Tiny House is a licensed vehicle with license plate and can change hands by buying and selling through a notary public.

2) How to move and transport Tiny House?

Tiny House is in O2 class, with an average weight of 3500 kg and in trailer status. It must be towed by vehicles above a certain engine power. These are 4x4 off-road vehicles or pick-up-like vehicles. In addition, it can be transferred to the land where it will be loaded on carrier transport vehicles by crane. This service can be provided by contracted companies.

3) Is a separate permit required to set off with Tiny House?

It is licensed and has the status of a vehicle on the highways. No additional permits are required to set off with Tiny House.

4) Is tax paid for Tiny House?

As Tiny House is not a motor vehicle, there is no tax.

5) How soon will the ordered Tiny House be ready?

Your Tiny House will be ready on  45 – 60  days from order.

6) Is it possible to live in Tiny House in all seasons?

You can live comfortably in Tiny House in all seasons. Thanks to the insulation materials used in its construction and the heater and cooling equipment in the building,  is designed to be lived in comfort conditions in all seasons.

7) Can I choose different furniture and accessories for Tiny House?

You can equip your Tiny House that you bought from us with the furniture and accessories you want, or you can choose from our product packages.

8) How is heating and cooling done in Tiny House?

In Tiny House, heating can be done by choosing from alternatives such as air conditioning, radiator, floor heating and fireplace. Air conditioning should be used for cooling and dehumidification in summer.

9) How is the clean water and sewage system in Tiny House?

Tiny House has a main inlet line for fresh water connection. If pressurized water is available in the area, direct connection to the installation can be made. If there is no pressurized water, the water tank and the booster system for pressurization should be added to the installation.

In Tiny House, if there is a sewage drain in the area, the sewage system can be directly connected. If there is no drain, the waste water tank should be added to the system. Apart from these options, a compost toilet type sewage system can also be created upon request.

10) How is electricity supplied in Tiny House?

If there is a 220 V electricity network in the area, a direct connection is made to Tiny House. If there is no electricity grid, 220 V electricity can be supplied using solar panels or a generator.
